Reading public pages requires no account. The portal processes visit information, and the contact form collects the details you choose to submit. These are separate activities.
First-party audience measurement records pages viewed, visible reading time, reading depth, interactions with links, buttons and forms, referring site or campaign, country, browser language, screen width, theme and device, browser and system categories. It records that a form was used, not the values entered in its fields.
The audience collector reads the IP address and browser user-agent in memory to derive a daily identifier and the country and device categories. Its audience records do not retain the raw IP address or user-agent. This daily identifier is not a promise that all processing on the portal is anonymous.
The application defaults to deleting audience records older than 25 months. This setting concerns audience measurement; it does not establish retention for contact messages, campaign records or technical logs.
Campaign links can carry a referral identifier. A separate first-party campaign script keeps that link identifier and its expiry in the browser tab, then reports pages visited, active reading time, visibility and focus, and interaction types, including clicked link targets and control labels. A visit can therefore be associated with the campaign link followed. The script does not read contact-form field values.
The contact form stores your name, email address, optional subject and message so the team can read and respond to your enquiry. Do not include credentials, private keys, client records or other confidential material in an initial message.
Technical infrastructure also processes request information for operations and security. The audience database not retaining IP addresses does not mean that IP addresses are absent from server logs or other operational processing.
Public-page audience measurement and campaign reporting use first-party endpoints. No advertising or third-party audience analytics is part of these scripts.
